The Bioinformatics Core Facility works at the interface between the computational infrastructure of the institute and the biology performed within the research groups. It provides researchers at Humanitas Research Hospital and external organizations with services of consultation, NGS data processing, analysis and management, software and database development, bioinformatics training, web-based applications development, secure data storage.
The facility works in collaboration with the Genomics facility to support users using high-throughput sequencing technologies. Support ranges from experiment planning to delivery of timely and reliable results.
IT Environments
Secure access to a high-performance computing environment is provided, managed and coordinated with the support of Sistemi Informativi Humanitas.
Training
