In 2008 I graduated in Medical Biotechnology and Molecular Medicine at the University of Milano, Italy and I followed got the PhD degree in Biotechnologies Applied to Medical Sciences at the University of Milan, Italy in 2012. Since 2008, my research activity has been mainly focused on the development of rationale combinations of molecularly targeted agents in refractory Hodgkin and non-Hodgkin lymphomas to allow for the design and performance of phase I/II clinical trials in the group directed by Prof. Carlo-Stella, initially at the National Institute of Cancer, Milan Italy then at Humanitas Clinical and Research Center, Rozzano, Italy.

Since 2012 I am a postdoctoral researcher in the Lab of Cancer Experimental Therapeutics of Prof. Carlo-Stella at Humanitas Clinical and Research Center, Rozzano, Italy. My current research aims to evaluate the role of new agents in targeting the tumor microenvironment and cancer-driving lesions in refractory tumors.
