Angela Ceribelli received her MD in 2005 and her Rheumatology specialization in 2010, both at the University of Brescia. Between April 2010 and July 2012, she worked as post-doctoral associate at the University of Florida, Gainesville, USA. In 2016 Angela Ceribelli received her PhD from the University of Milan.

Since September 2012, she works as rheumatologist and researcher at Humanitas Research Hospital in Rozzano (Milan), and she has an academic position as Adjunct Professor at Humanitas University.

Angela Ceribelli has co-authored over 110 peer-reviewed publications with a Scopus H index of 27. Her research track is dedicated to systemic autoimmune and chronic inflammatory diseases, including the clinical epidemiology and pathogenetic mechanisms of connective tissue disease (particularly idiopathic inflammatory myositis) and psoriatic arthritis.
