The FMT system allows you to acquire fluorescence images in 3D
3D reconstruction allows you to get more detailed information about your light source (localization within the mouse, concentration of the probe in the region of interest, etc…)
FMT is equipped with two excitation lasers (670nm and 745 nm)
Sequential acquisition with the two lasers allows you to get double-channel images
It is possible to acquire 1 mouse at a time
FMT is connected with the gas anesthesia system RC2+, allowing you to keep the mice anesthetized with isoflurane during the acquisition
